Cancellation & Returns

We accept returns providing the security tags attached to the items are not broken. That is returned with the original packaging properly packed to protect the contents inside again.

If there is a return label included in the package then this needs to be used to attach to outside of package and sent by the method advised in the documents.

We allow upto 15 days for domestic and 15 days for international returns. Items of a personal nature can not be accepted for return.

We request that you contact us directly for authorization code and advice of returns so we can provide you with a RMA number to include reference and reference the package. Free returns shipping label is used and provided our instructions followed.

Refunds are processed when items are returned to our facilities and checked, any damage or no compliance to our returns policy may result in rejection.
